Tier 1 CRM 2023.3 Product Release

Today, we are thrilled to unveil the latest enhancements to our CRM platform, designed to revolutionize the way you manage, nurture, and monetize your relationships. 

In our recent 2023.3 Release, we have focused on providing more depth to established functionality while making it easier for users to take advantage of the capabilities across our solution modules. 

Data Insights 

Data Insights is a huge efficiency gain and eliminates the need to monitor everything, all of the time. Further making Tier 1 a tool to empower workflows rather than be another tool to monitor and keep tabs on, we now proactively present the information pertinent to you. Such as trending topics – tickers, sectors, interests --  discussed by your teams, recently submitted call reports, changes in coverage, newly added contacts, critical tasks, and even an easy to digest end-of-week summary of all these actionable changes.  

Easily track updates on clients within your coverage area, emerging interests and preferences, and new interactions. Research analysts can now see insights into how clients are interreacting with research and if they are generating meaningful conversations that lead to trade execution and revenue. Allowing you to see where you should be spending your time throughout your entire book of business. 

Data Insights consists of a complete suite of features, including: 

  • Trending Topic Dashboards, interactive and filterable 
  • Notification Panel to display chronological lists of important activities 
  • End-of-week email summary

In-App Notifications 

In-App notifications are the proactive delivery of the Data Insights listed above as well as insightful alerts of coverage changes, call reports and specific things related to your Accounts through a native prompt that takes you right to the place where the changes can be actioned. 

The seamless delivery of these real-time updates ensures you stay informed about notable events, changes, or interactions related to your customers and prospects. Providing immediate access to critical information empowers our users to make timely and well-informed decisions. Inspiring proactive customer management, our in-app notifications help teams stay organized and responsive to changing markets and customer needs. 

Further elevating client service through better personalization and customization. Our new in-app notifications can be tailored to the preferences and roles of individual users. Allowing you to choose which events they want to be notified about, ensuring you receive only relevant information without being overwhelmed with unnecessary updates. 

Advanced List Management 

A suite of features that drive efficiency by saving scroll time, optimizing targeting, and enabling horizontal grouping. 

Now Research analysts can create a collection of lists rather than individual lists themselves. For example, create a group of lists for clients interested in a specific sector. Then create separate lists for each ticker within that sector and put them all into that one collection. 

And for users in Private Equity, we are able to create lists of different portfolios at a firm over different industries or with similar business attributes.  

This horizontal approach allows you to create lists across clients and address them in a way that contextually matters to them. So, whether you prefer to organize your lists based on communication cadence, thematic topics, or anything else. You are no longer limited to traditional Account and Contact groupings.  

Allowing users to get the most activity out of information or effort and generate more revenue per each initiative.  

Additionally, within Client Center, we have introduced several enhancements to help users reduce time and increase efficiency when creating and managing their lists, including: 

  • Cloning a list is quicker and more streamlined 
  • More descriptive and accessible menu items
  • Filter improvements, including more filterable options
  • Ability to bulk manage Accounts and Contacts into or off of multiple Lists in a single action 

Events 

Updates to our Events module include better support and more detailed data points for Trip and Venue Logistics. Creating the easy association of event-related details to the event itself. Reducing the time required to input Corporate Event-related details, such as logistics and travel, which will now show against the correct event. 

Making logical sense to everyone and giving a more complete view of the effort. 

Event managers can now see how transportation efforts are organized chronologically on an Events Schedule. This allows Events users to quickly see if there are transportation efforts that are missing to get employees from one location to another, and quickly move to a booking screen to get the appropriate transportation or hotel stay booked. 

Within the Events module we, have also improved the Booking Screen. To help book meeting attendees quicker and more conveniently. Users can use previous event invitation lists and add Contacts individually or in bulk, directly to their desired meeting.
